ENAMEL on COPPER

  • 1235 Southeast Division Street Portland, OR, 97202 United States (map)

Come hang with us and learn to apply glass frit to a copper substrate (followed by a quick trip into a HOT kiln). Enamel is an ancient art that fuses glass to metal (in this case copper). The process begins with cutting the copper using tin snips, sprinkling colored glass upon it, and putting it in the kiln for less than a minute. Almost INSTANT satisfaction!
