Wield a sharp pair of snippers and slice some copper into a shape from your NIGHTMARES! Or even scarier, SOMETHING CUTE. Adorn your beloved shape or switch plate with a malignant multitude of opaque or transparent glass powders. Watch it be lowered into the “PIT OF HELL” and come back out scorching ( on a spatula!)

Enamel is an ancient art that fuses glass to copper via a quick trip into our small, HOT kiln. ENAMEL YOUR VERY OWN toggle light switch plate or small free-form copper shape.
Learn the unique enamel on copper process. We will apply a range of colorful glass frit to a copper substrate, followed by a quick trip into our small, HOT kiln. You will leave with an original, hand-held work of art. BEHOLD the magic of glass !

This workshop will take place within the House of Art and Craft studio located at:
1235 SE Division St suite 118, Portland, OR 97202
*We are NOT IN THE MAIN ENTRANCE of the grey building on SE Division Street!!!!
Please go slightly east on SE Division Street, then turn left at the alley with the chain-link gate, at the intersection of SE DIVISION and 13th. The chain-link gate will be propped open before classes and events.
